Has MLK’s “dream” been realized?- Labor

It is true that we can easily find African Americans, Hispanics, and Asians are increased in employment statistics. Also there is almost similar percentage of female and male labors. Started in 1990, there were more female black labors than male. Hispanics or Latino in1980 was 6.1% but in 2004 was 19.3%.The percentage of female and colored citizen labor is keeping increasing year by year which shows racism is decreasing at the same time.
However Civilian labor force in Asian 1980 and 1990 was none. It is increased 6.3% in 2000 but in 2003 it decreased by 6.1% which means it is not stable. Still there is percentage of the white labors are absolutely lager than any of them. In White labor, the percentage of the male is keep increasing than female. If this happens going later in, there might be same happens as pest.
Solution for this will be government encourages businesses to hire people without racism or sexism. Also they can give more system that helps for them. People can make comities or groups that try to spread ideas intelligence or characteristics are nothing to do about color of their skins.
